  • Requests to transfer registration must be submitted using the official online Transfer Form (link to be added)

  • Registration transfer requests will not be honored after October 1st (NO EXCEPTIONS)

  • Hotel Room

Refund Policy:

  • 100% refund (minus $25 processing fee) until July 1st

  • 50% refund (minus $25 processing fee) until August 31st

  • No refunds after September 1st

Name on registration form MUST match name on photo ID
